  • 0.75 ozHigh-quality dry vermouth (Dolin Dry)
  • 1 barspoonThin Homemade Utopias-Infused Cherry Liquid
  • Garnish1 Homemade Utopias-Infused Tart Cherry (patted dry) + 1 wide lemon twist

Smooth, stemmed crystal coupe, ice-water chilled.

Method
  1. Build Combine the Weller 107, dry vermouth, and thin Utopias liquid in a mixing glass without ice. Prep your coupe with an ice-water bath.
  2. Stir Fill the mixing glass to the brim with large, dense ice cubes and stir smoothly for 20 to 25 seconds.
  3. Strain Dump the ice-water from the coupe, snap it dry, and strain the cocktail neat.
  4. Garnish Express the lemon twist over the rim and drop in the dry-tapped cherry.
Wheated bourbon trades the spicy kick of rye for a soft, round cereal profile — at 107-proof it survives the ice melt while the botanical herbs glide into its natural vanilla and cinnamon notes.
